Leaders have the responsibility to look beyond the current crisis. During a potentially long and deep recession, leaders have to manage hands-on and to cut costs but that can’t be all. They also have to think differently, generate positive energy and provide fresh perspectives to those who follow. This crisis, though unnerving for some, also provides great opportunities for companies willing to see and act on them.
